My current thoughts on home plan design and elevations are based on Don Gardner’s Craftsman style and Mountain home plans. www.DonGardner.com. Exteriors would be stone with Hardi plank and Hardi shingle siding. Interiors would have lots of wood flooring, wood wall paneling and granite tops for a rustic mountain look. The first few owner/investors will help decide the overall architectural amenities.
